The El Paso Child Guidance Center's volunteer workforce is a vital component to our agency's growth and ability to serve more children and families.

"Volunteers serve in many capacities within our organization. They contribute their time, energies and talents to help fulfill the Center's mission. Volunteers have a large impact on the Center's ability to provide the best quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. Volunteer activities can vary greatly from indoor/outdoor maintenance, fundraising, indoor/outdoor events, and special needs that arise. Check back regularly for opportunity postings."

Interns from University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) and New Mexico State University provide individual, family and group therapy.

Medical students, psychiatry residents and child fellows from Texas Tech University attend the Center's weekly clinical team meeting as part of their training and assist the Center's Medical Director in providing psychiatric care.

If you are a UTEP or NMSU student looking for an internship, please contact our Chief Program Officer, Kathy Revtyak LCSW-S
